Mackenzie turned 3

Mackenzie's actual birthday was on Wednesday and she had the best day ever. She didn't get to see her buddy Anthony at her party so we met up with him and went to Rainforest Cafe for the first time. She loved it! Although the doll Tim and I searched days and hours for was a bust, her birthday was a true success! She loved every minute of it.

Mackie's Birthday Party

We had a little birthday party for Mackie on Friday night! She really missed Anthony, Emilia and Monique who were all sick! We played a mad game of duck duck goose, and pin the tail on the donkey. Mackie helped me make her Ariel cake as you can see the finished product above. She had the best time especially playing duck duck goose!

House is up on the market!

It's official, the house is on the market! We'll see what happens. Tim's job is very, very shaky as most of you all know, and it's best that we put it up and see what happens. It will give us the flexibility we may need, if we sell. We're anxious to see what kind of traffic we get through our house.

Our visit to Saginaw

We went to Saginaw yesterday to visit Grandma June (Tim's Grandma) and had a really nice time. The kids slept the entire way and were happy to be on their feet when we got there. Grandma even took us all out to a fish fry where we met up Aunt Pam and Tim's cousin Candice.

Mackie's 1st haircut

We took Mack to get her hair cut in Arizona for the first time. I can't believe she's almost 3 and has never had a hair cut. Well, the lady was done in like 5 minutes, but it looks really cute and even. Mackenzie was a champ, I think she wasn't sure if she should freak out or just sit, so she just sat there so shy like the best little girl ever. She loved staring at herself in the mirror.

Back from Arizona!

We're back from Arizona and what a great trip it was! Hiking, waking up at 4am, going to the organ bar, swimming, and being outside were just a few of many memories made over the past week! Mackie loved being outside and Jackson loved having all the people around to talk to! He's talking more now than ever. Grandma and Papa Tim were incredibly generous and we all just had the best time, despite the weather not fully cooperating. Tim and I even had an overnight date in Scottsdale! Back to reality now and we are exhausted after arriving home at 1:30 in the morning!
